The Miswak is very beneficial for strengthening the gums. The Miswak or Meeswak is a small tree with succulent leaves and small yellow and red flowers.

Advice for a good oral hygiene
Put some paste on the toothbrush and brush your teeth and gums for at least 3 minutes.

Do not use for children under 7 years. Do not swallow. Store at room temperature. Close the tube after use.
